Code of Conduct (Conduct) Committee

To help our coaches and Director of Hockey focus on "HOCKEY" and the development of our players, the GBAYHA Board created a Code of Conduct Committee to handle discipline issues in our association should they arise. Player, Parents, and Coaches are required to read and sign these codes of conduct requirements during registration. Electronic versions of the Code of Conduct are located under Resources and in the Document sections for Parents and Players. Please report concerns utilizing the link below. 

It is important to note that submissions are CONFIDENTIAL and ONLY Conduct Committee members view the submissions.
